Price: The price includes the shipping cost and with the insurance. We offer very special price to our customer (price depends on your quantity), can save more than 20% than other suppliers, please email us to get details. of course,if you aren`t satisfied with the price,please email us asap.
Products:We have our own  OEM factory. Packing :Original box,  Label . We can give you products with very high quality standards and reasonable price! We also accept your personal design with your LOGO or styles items.We are looking forward  to doing business with you. Simultaneously , we have prepared the link underneath the table of contents, You choose the product picture which you like, and mails gives us, , We will give you better price.
Mini order: For the wholesale retails the concurrently camp, the minimum order 1 pcs.
Delivery time: Usually,we will send the goods within one working days after we get the payment . Once we ship out the parcel . we will provide you with the tracking numbers for tracking. Normally, it will take 5-7 working days to your here.
Shippment: We handle all kinds of shipping ways according to the customer.  such as by air, by express(EMS, DHL, TNT, FEDEX ,UPS). Customers are responsible for providing a full valid address for delivery.
Return policy: If you are not satisfied , you can ship back, we will refund the money to you. Please make sure it\'s in unworn and unused condition and original packaging. When return, please write on a paper and put in the parcel so we know from you: the item number(same as in our website) and your email address.
Customs policy: For the customs clearance, we have many methods and experiences, so your package always will safe to deliver. You don't need to pay other costs. Including tariff . But if there have a exception, like your package was held at your country customs, we will attempt to let it released, if not then, we will resend all, you will not need pay any other charge.
All packages must be signed for. If no one is home to receive your package, then it will be held in your local post until you are able to sign for the package. Thank you for your business.

1. How can I get information after I have paid for the goods ?
We will e-mail the tracking number of the express company to you as soon as we receive the tracking number.
2. When and how can I check on my order status?
Normaly, after 3days you can trace your package(s).
 3. How do I contact you if I have a question?
We prefer to be contacted by email (see contact us) or via MSN.
 4. What can I do if item is out of stock?We are sorry that the shoes you order are out of stock. Sometimes temporary out of stock may happen, since everyday a large quantity of goods are shipped from our warehouse, in this case we will contact you ASAP, you may choose what to do from the below:
a. if the goods will arrive in a week, you may choose to wait for the goods;
b. you may change the color of the items;
c. If you exchange for a cheaper item, the remaining balance will be refunded to your account;
d. you may cancel the order; our company will refund all of you money.
5. Why did you refund my payment?It is our responsibility to ship out your order in time. However, if our company returned money to you, it is just because we are unable to verify your payment. Sometimes the products you ordered are out of stock (Generally our company have enough stock), or there is no response when we emailed you.
6. Can you reserve a product for me until I can pay for it?
Yes of course, the only thing you have to do is to confirm it by e-mail and we will keep them for you for one week. However, after one week, if we haven't received your payment, we will sell it further to someone else.
7. Can I order a pair of shoes as samples?
Can I select the size for my sample pair? Yes. We accept sample order.
